After taking a year and a half break from my previous zine series On My Way to Make Zine, I decided to set the next destination in my hometown — Hong Kong. During the pandemic, I often recalled the little adventures I once had exploring the city with my foreign friends. Seeing Hong Kong through their eyes gave me surprising new perspectives and reminded me how many stories this city holds. These memories inspired me to create Welcome to Hong Kong, My Friends, a zine that gathers those shared moments and reflections of home.
